✅ Description:
Urea, when applied topically, helps hydrate keratin and promotes mild keratolysis (removal of thickened skin) in dry skin. It increases the water uptake by the stratum corneum and has an antipruritic (anti-itch) effect.

Adult Dose
- For ichthyosis and hyperkeratotic skin disorders, apply 10-25% cream or lotion topically to the affected areas twice daily.
Child Dose

Wash affected areas thoroughly, rinse off all soap, dry the skin, and apply the cream sparingly.
